3. Bookings & Payments

Consultations are booked and paid for in advance through our secure payment provider. Prices are shown at the time of booking. A confirmation email is sent once payment is received.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule a booked call. Refund eligibility is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
